| This year the theme is Project Management - Slaying the Dragons. We know that when you work on critical projects that there are different dragons present in them, from unresponsive stakeholders to scope management issues to dealing with team conflict. This year our Symposium is about outfitting you with tools to help you deal with those issues, situations and people that make projects challenging.
