Event Description/Details
| This event is an opportunity to network and share your ideas about the chapter with the Board of Directors. Tell us about the initiatives that will potentially add value to your PMI-CTT chapter membership. The evening session will use a facilitated focus group format and we will record your ideas for input to future chapter planning in 2010 and beyond. We will identify the current strengths to build upon and explore changes to generate engagement in and enthusiasm for chapter activities. Facilitators will share feedback from the Member Survey conducted in June 2009 to prompt ideas and discussion. Additional feedback and ideas are encouraged. Topics for the evening will include: - learning opportunities that will motivate members - ideas for improving our communications and knowledge sharing - thoughts on strengthening networking opportunities and ties with business, PM and professional communities. - development and recognition of an engaged volunteer support team to deliver programs. Following the facilitated discussions, a quick assessment and priority setting exercise will be done to guide the Board of Directors in developing the Strategic Plan for the Chapter. This is a free evening for Members only including light refreshments and a chance to network with colleagues and your Board of Directors. We look forward to seeing you on September 30th!
