Event Description/Details

Emotional Intelligence is a critical element in effectively managing ourselves and our relationships. Research clearly shows that people with highly developed emotional intelligence are more productive in dealing with their direct reports, colleagues and clients. Thankfully, research also shows that with effort and commitment, emotional intelligence can be learned! On November 13th, Peter Taylor of the Canadian Management Centre will address the PMI-CTT on this interesting topic. Attendees will receive practical tips for becoming more self-aware, more attuned to others, more confident in playing hunches and more adept at networking. Simple suggestions will also be provided for dealing with emotional highjacks and for using the powerful technique of re-framing.

Registration for all CTT events is being administered through a new software program titled, 'Cvent'.

If you are an active PMi - CTT member; you will automatically be invited to attend our events. If you're not a member and are interested in any events posted, simply email events@pmi-ctt.org to determine requirements to sign up and attend.

We thank you for your cooperation & patience as we transition to a new registration format.
