| This year we will peer into the future, looking at what Project Management will become. We'll look at current Best Practices as well as Global Trends to help us understand the direction and continued value of Project Management. There will be 15 presentations in 3 tracks by national, Regional and Local professionals on emerging themes in Project Management and achieving effectiveness in organizations through the practical application of Project Management Armed with the knowledge gained through keynote speakers and moderated discussion groups, you will be able to position yourself for success in Project Management. You will learn the value of Organizational changes to facilitate management of projects, strategic management of multiple projects and take proven best practices back to your organization.
